The Safaricom Foundation funded the project to a tune of KES 3Million with efforts that will ease access to quality medical care in the County.

“The new borehole that has been put in place will provide an environment where access to clean water will be essential for the dispensary and the community at large living here in Mirihini.” Said Fawzia Ali-Kimanthi, Safaricom Foundation Trustee.

The Safaricom Foundation has focused its efforts on health in a bid to uplift the health sector and the upgrade of health institutions across the country.

With unlimited access to clean and fresh water, the dispensary will now be able to give service to patients who come in here regularly seeking for medical assistance.
