Home Afrika Limited has appointed Peter Mungai as the new board chairperson.
The firm through a statement said that Mungai’s appointment which was effective as from 12 November 2020 followed the resignation of Peter Nduati.
Mungai previously served as a non-executive director of its board, after the appointment in 2019
On the other hand, Ndegwa had also served on the company’s board since 1 April 2016.
“The board of Home Afrika Limited wishes to inform the public of the resignation of Peter Nduati as a non-executive director and board chairman of Home Afrika Limited with effect from 12th November 2020,” said Home Afrika Managing Director Dan Awendo.
