Kenyan Premier League club Vihiga United FC has signed up Ben Robert Ogot, one of the gems from the first season of the Chapa Dimba na Safaricom Tournament.
Ogot, commonly known as “Bensuda” signed a two year deal until 31st May 2020. The gifted striker was instrumental in assisting his team reach the Semi-finals during the National finals of the Chapa Dimba Na Safaricom tournament held in Bukhungu Stadium, Kakamega.
The player from Nyanza Regional Champions Ombek Red Devils won the prestigious Golden Boot Award (Top Scorer) after netting four goals during the national finals.
